Operational playbook

Diagnostics are arranged in five passes: ingress health, auth chain, payload validity, service state, and connector outcome.

Triage workflow

1. Capture request ID and path; reproduce with timestamped request sample.
2. Check service and reverse proxy status and logs.
3. Validate secret, mapping, and connector permissions.
4. Apply targeted fix and re-run the same request with fresh correlation context.

Escalation output

Escalate only after reproducibility and attempted safe retry windows are documented with exact commands or UI transaction IDs.

Triage playbook

1. Collect request identifier, tenant, and exact replay body.
2. Map failure class to the API contract outcome and retry policy.
3. Escalate with a change window reference and evidence bundle.
